TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A 50% deposit is
required at time of booking to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 60
days prior to your arrival. Prices and dates quoted are guaranteed. If you cancel
in writing more than 60 days before your arrival (major holidays excepted), we
will refund you money less a $500 administration charge and any credit card costs
that we have incurred. No refunds are offered for cancellation within the 60 day
period. Our full rental policy will be sent to you on request.
PLEASE NOTE that all villa rental bookings are now subject to an 11% accommodation tax. All service charges are included.
