BOOKING
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A 50% deposit is
required at time of booking to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 60
days prior to your arrival. Prices and dates quoted are guaranteed. If you cancel
in writing more than 60 days before your arrival (major holidays excepted), we
will refund you money less a $300 administration charge and any credit card costs
that we have incurred. Should you be unable to take your vacation and need to
cancel within the 60 day period, (not major holidays) we offer to reschedule for
up to 12 months from the original time and date of booking, subject to availability.
We are unable to offer any cash refunds within the 60 day period, or once all
funds have been received. Our full rental policy will be sent to you on request.
PLEASE NOTE that all villa rental bookings are now subject to a 10% accommodation tax. This amendment to section 3 of the Hotel and Restaurant (Taxation) Ordinance was passed by the Legislative Council of the Turks and Caicos Government at the May 2004 Budget Sitting.
